DESCRIPTION:Francisco Eduardo Rabello was born on September 22nd\, 1823. From Barra Mansa\, he is a Professor of Dermatology and Syphilography at the School of Medicine of Rio de Janeiro. He was a founding partner and director of the Gaffrée and Guinle Foundation (1923) and a full member of the National Academy of Medicine (1917). Considered one of the greatest scholars of Brazilian syphilis\, he spread the term “to think syphilitically”\, created by Antônio Austragélilo Rodrigues de Lima.
